At Crabby’s BBQ Shack we use only the best Canadian pork available, St. Louis Center Cut Ribs.
We marinate our ribs in a tomato base with secret ingredients from all over the world.
Then they are slowly baked for four hours, then finished off on the grill right before serving.
This is a technique that won Crabby’s over 350 awards.
